O hiyo~
Today i did 25/50. And guess what.. found out that my counting down timer dint work!!! oh my oh my.. spoil the run.. not really productive.. but did pespire a bit, as i did sprint and run!.. Anywae, run little oso coz release from work late.. Afraid work will lead to irregularties to gym.. and affect my overall result.. seems like i can only hope for the best.. One more thing, forgot to say.. my currently on a protein shake from the company dy*****e. Its free of fat.. so hopefully, i can reduce the fat intake, though not all, as fatty acids do help body growth in certain way. so, NV stop thoroughly..
Thats all i guess, am going to slp soon..
