hey!! yeah.. dint do gym for 3days.. Felt really bad.. so... went gym with David today.. haha.. same old gym, Chevrons. Oright.. Did only a few.. Mus keep to below an hr.5. haha.. if u even understand wad tat means. did the 6reps X 5 sets. Muscle dint ache for sure, but at times, wrist seems to give way.. Below is a recall of wad i had done.
1. Dumbbell Bench Press x 5 Sets ---> amazingly, i increased the weight.. seem to be able to carry heavier now. =D
2. Cable x (5 + 5 ) sets. Basically, i did 5 sets of different angle. but, when done, dint feel anything.. was thinking that i might be wrong, so will be reviewing the vids later to c if i can do better.
3. 2 X back exercise.. dunnoe the name.. maybe nxt time include it in. wahaha
4. Decline dumbbell bench press x 5 Sets.. Realised that my lower pectoral seems to be stronger.
5. Incline dumbbell bench press x 5 Sets. Reason y i realised that my lower pec seems stronger, Incline, i cant carry equal weights as doing decline!!! wads going on?! haha, nvm, shall train on that then..
6. Did flying without wings... Brudder david dint c me do that anyway. hahaha.. I WAS SMOKING.. OUT.. hahahaa...
7. Lastly, i did the rope pulldown. Its one of the Tricep exercise. did it while waiting for the other muscle group to rest.. =P
Hmm, comtemplating on whether to go gym tml.. Shud i? Mayb i shud.. anywae, if am going, better do some reading to confirm wad i will be doing tmr. Dun want it to be a wasted trip down.. no more bread at hm!! =( guess tml eat canteen lor.. Sin leh, but.. close both eyes bah..
